Subprocessor Categories

This page summarizes the categories of subprocessors and external data services that may be used to operate VehiX360. Actual use varies by tenant configuration, enabled features, jurisdiction, and product plan.

1) Core Platform Categories

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure: Application hosting, storage, networking, and platform operations
• Communications providers: Email and related notification delivery
• Security and reliability tooling: Logging, monitoring, and service performance telemetry

2) Feature-Specific Categories

• Subscription billing: Payment processing providers (for example, Stripe)
• Affiliate payouts and onboarding: Payout providers (for example, Stripe Connect) including identity/KYC and tax workflow support where applicable
• Address verification: Address validation services (for example, Smartly/Smarty) when enabled
• VIN/OCR processing: Image processing services (for example, Google Cloud Vision) when VIN/barcode features are used
• Recall data sources: Public safety and government sources (for example, NHTSA) for recall lookup workflows
• Fuel-price collection workflows: Data collection tooling (for example, ScrapingBee) and source websites (for example, AAA and Natural Resources Canada)

3) Data Categories Potentially Processed

• Account and organization profile information
• Operational fleet records (vehicles, check-out/check-in, inspections, incidents)
• Tenant inventory and fixed-asset records, including asset serial numbers and asset assignment metadata
• Uploaded files and related metadata (photos, documents, receipts, invoices)
• Billing metadata, payout status metadata, and compliance workflow metadata

4) Scope and Controls

• Subprocessors are used only to provide or support the Services.
• Subprocessor usage is subject to contractual and security controls maintained by VehiX360.
• VehiX360 does not store full payment card numbers or full bank account numbers used for payment or payout processing.
